Lukasz Anaczkowski

Lukasz Anaczkowski is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in software engineering and team management. Currently serving as the AI HPC & Cloud Leader at Graphcore since September 2021, Lukasz directs a team of AI engineers in optimizing AI model performance on Graphcore hardware. Previously, Lukasz held the role of Software Engineering Manager at BlockFi, overseeing architecture and security for a DeFi platform, and spent nearly a decade at Intel Corporation in various managerial positions, including leading open-source teams for Ethernet card drivers and the OmniPath software engineering group. Early career experience includes software engineering roles at Samsung Electronics, Astaro AG, Alcatel-Lucent, and Atos Origin. Lukasz holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Nicolaus Copernicus University.
