Maff Rigby is a seasoned software engineering leader with extensive experience in various roles across the technology sector. Currently serving as the Software Engineering Leader at Graphcore since April 2023, Maff previously held the position of Engineering Manager at Zalando from January 2022 to February 2023. Other notable roles include Lead Developer at 3sixty, Freelance Web Developer and Consultant at Digital Turnip Ltd, Angular teacher and mentor at Develop Me, and CTO at Nessy Learning, where Maff managed the in-house development team and directed technology strategy. Maff also founded IT SmartDesk Ltd and created getTestr, a website monitoring platform.
