Paul Elford

Paul Elford is an experienced Semiconductor Test Engineering Manager at Graphcore since May 2018, where responsibilities include managing an international team to develop in-house production test solutions for AI processors. Prior roles include Principal NPI Product Engineer at Sequans Communications and Director of Product and Test Engineering at Semtech, where Paul led teams on new product introductions for various markets and developed automated test equipment processes. Previous positions at Phyworks, Mindspeed, Pixelfusion, Newport Wafer Fab, and GEC Plessey Semiconductors further enriched Paul's expertise in test engineering and product management. Paul holds a BEng (Hons) degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Plymouth.
