Richard Roberts

Richard Roberts has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and data visualization. Richard is currently employed at Graphcore as a Data Visualisation Technical Lead since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Engineer at Graphcore from July 2021 to June 2023. Before joining Graphcore, Richard worked at Zuken as a Leading Software Engineer from October 2018 to July 2021. Richard also has experience as a Research Assistant at Swansea University from December 2014 to October 2015 and as a Phd Candidate in Visual Data Analytics at Swansea University from October 2015 to September 2018.

Richard Roberts earned a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Visualising Business Data from Swansea University between 2015 and 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Swansea University from 2013 to 2014. Their undergraduate degree is in Business Management (Marketing) from Swansea University, which they completed from 2010 to 2013.
