Robert Lo

Robert Lo is a seasoned professional in the semiconductor industry with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as the Senior SRAM Technology Manager at Graphcore since March 2020, Robert specializes in SRAM technology including specification, characterization, diagnosis, and scrambling. Prior to this role, Robert spent nearly 19 years at TSMC in various managerial positions focused on embedded memory product engineering, overseeing the robustness from research and development to production, and characterization of SRAM, OTP, and efuse. Robert began their career as a Product Engineer at Promos DRAM from 1997 to 2001. Robert holds a Master’s degree in Physics and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, both from National Taiwan University.
