Simon Long is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in software engineering and development, primarily in the telecommunications and machine learning sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Poplar Compiler at Graphcore since October 2018, Simon leads initiatives to develop libraries and compilers for IPUs, as well as tools for program analysis.
