Sonia Cohen

Sonia Cohen currently serves as a People Advisor at Graphcore, a role started in July 2021, where responsibilities include sharing insights on People matters with management and co-chairing the DEI Committee. Prior to this position, Sonia held various roles at Graphcore, including People Operations Specialist and Human Resources Coordinator, focusing on employee life cycle management and advising departmental heads. In addition to work at Graphcore, Sonia is the Operations Manager for the Bristol Women in Business Charter, facilitating operations and supporting local businesses. Previous experience includes roles at SunLife, where Sonia worked as COO & People Assistant, and at Cafcass, where administrative responsibilities were managed. Sonia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Communication from The Manchester Metropolitan University and a CIPD qualification in Human Resources Practice from City of Bristol College.
