Tom Cashman

Tom Cashman is a Research Lead at Graphcore, where they lead innovative research aimed at enhancing computer understanding of human diversity and complexity. With expertise in computer vision, computer graphics, geometric models, and geometry processing, they previously worked as a Senior Scientist at Microsoft HoloLens and held multiple academic positions, including a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Lugano. Tom earned their PhD in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge, where they also completed their MA in the same field.
