Will Robbins is a seasoned professional in engineering and program management with extensive experience across various companies. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Programme Management at Graphcore since January 2025, Robbins has also held significant roles such as Route Video Analysis for Team Visma l Lease a Bike, and Non Executive Director at Picocom. Previous positions include VP of Engineering, Founder, and Director at Picocom, where Robbins developed 5G ORAN devices, and Silicon Architect at RANsemi, focusing on cutting-edge silicon architectures. With a strong background in leadership from roles at Blackmagic Design, Intel Corporation, Mindspeed Technologies, and picoChip Designs Ltd, Robbins' career began with a BEng in Electronics from The University of Sheffield.
