Yoshi Danily

Yoshi Danily is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Lead and previously as Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Graphcore since June 2021, Yoshi has led a team in hiring for diverse tech and non-tech roles, while focusing on initiatives related to DEI, candidate experience, and employer branding. Prior roles include Recruitment Partner at Rotork, where a business partner approach was taken for full lifecycle recruitment globally; Embedded Recruiter for Oasis Dental Care; and recruitment positions at Element Recruitment UK and Babcock International Group. Yoshi holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) Hons in Journalism from Solent University and has further education from City of Bristol College and Torquay Girls' Grammar School.
