Graphene Hybrid Intelligence is a market intelligence and GTM engineering firm. our work is based on technical business framework created by founder and AI Engineer: May Selem. the framework is the structural base for our portal and main software, where special clients operate inside.

We serve funded technology companies that have achieved product-market fit and need their commercial motion to match their technical ambition. Most Seed-plus, Series A, and Series B founders are operating a commercial infrastructure that was built for the validation stage. It worked to close the first 10 customers. It is not working to build a repeatable, scalable pipeline. The positioning is too broad. The ICP is a hypothesis, not a validated market inference. The outbound motion is generating volume without qualified conversations.

The Graphene methodology operates across three layers.

First: market intelligence. We map the competitive landscape, identify where category language is converging, and find the positioning angle that creates the highest buyer self-selection rate before a single outbound sequence runs.

Second: GTM architecture. We design the ICP at segment level, build the outbound infrastructure from validated signals, and structure the CRM pipeline around buyer behavior rather than seller activity.

Third: commercial execution. We run outbound sequences, build email infrastructure, generate leads, and connect the commercial motion to the investor narrative so that pipeline velocity and fundraise readiness are built simultaneously.

We work with limited clients per quarter. Deep-stack GTM engineering at the quality level Graphene delivers requires full engagement, not a managed-service retainer. We are not a full-service agency. We build the commercial infrastructure that makes everything else work.
