Jim Bailey has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jim began their career as a Communications Engineer in the US Air Force in 1992 and worked there until 1998. Following that, they joined International Network Services as a Network Systems Consultant from 1998 to 2000. Jim then joined Cisco, where they held the position of Technical Leader for over two decades, from 2000 to March 2022. Most recently, they joined Graphiant as a Customer Support Engineer in March 2022.

Jim Bailey obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University between the years of 1987 and 1991. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications at Southern Methodist University, which they completed from 1994 to 1996.
