Alisa Alterman

Alisa Alterman is the Director of People at Graphika. Alisa has over three years of experience as a Human Resources Director, most recently at VillageCare. At VillageCare, they were responsible for coaching leaders and managers on performance management, professional development planning, inclusive leadership, employee relations, compensation planning, and client retention. Alisa also assisted business leaders with training, development, and succession planning issues; designed and proposed initiatives and programs to train and develop employees, increase productivity, improve morale, motivate employees, and create a positive employee relations climate.

In their current role at Graphika, Alisa is responsible for overseeing the HR business partners to develop a scalable support model for managers, executives, and employees. Alisa also manages and leads the administration of company benefits, leave administration, to include new hire benefit enrollment, benefit changes, open enrollment, and interactions with benefits vendors and insurance carriers. Quarterly reporting of HR metrics is another key part of their role, including but not limited to; turnover, on-boarding, off-boarding, performance management, HR activities, and employee engagement.

Alisa Alterman has an associate's degree in business administration and management from Borough of Manhattan Community College, a bachelor's degree in health/health care administration/management from Metropolitan College of New York, and a certification from SHRM in SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
