Robert Kalocay

Robert Kalocay is currently the Global Director of Customer Insights at GRAPHISOFT, where they focus on uncovering customer behavior and preferences to enhance business growth and customer experience. Having obtained an architectural degree in 1996, Robert worked in various architectural roles across the UK, Australia, and Europe, leveraging their expertise in Archicad software. Robert completed a master’s degree in Design Computing at The University of Sydney in 2002, which deepened their interest in computational design technologies within the AEC industry. Their career took a pivotal turn in 2013 when they joined GRAPHISOFT, where they initially served as Product and Technical Services Manager before advancing to Director of Customer Success for the UK and Ireland.
