Marco Pacifico is an experienced product designer and UX strategist with a diverse background in both startups and established companies. Starting as a UX Strategist at Blast Radius from March 2010 to September 2012, Marco collaborated with global brands on digital products and campaigns. As a co-founder and designer at Second Funnel from August 2012 to December 2016, Marco contributed to a SaaS tool for eCommerce that significantly increased conversion rates for Fortune 500 brands. Subsequent roles include Product Designer at Awesome | UI & UX Design Agency, Fiverr, and Solvers, culminating in positions as Senior Product Designer and Product Design Director at Capsule. Currently, Marco serves as Staff Product Designer at OpenStore and has continued in the same role at Graphite since October 2025.
