Sophie Kaye

Sophie Kaye is an accomplished professional with significant experience in strategic operations and program management across various organizations. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Head of Strategic Initiatives at Graphite since December 2025, Sophie has also played a pivotal role as a Founding Member of the CoS Mastermind Network at Primary Venture Partners and as a member of the Chief of Staff Network. Prior to these roles, Sophie held multiple leadership positions at Adobe and Frame.io, including Director of Strategy, Operations & Program Management at Frame.io. Sophie's extensive background includes serving as Senior Manager of Marketing Program Management at Candid and as Senior Manager of Operations & Communications at MissionOG. Additionally, Sophie founded and presided over Sophie SoundCheck, a nonprofit organization focused on raising awareness about Noise-Induced Hearing Loss, and was a 2015 Fellow at Venture For America. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Yale University.
