Established for a decade, Graphite Partners is an executive search and recruitment business whose hardworking team specialise in placing the best talent into Private Equity, Venture Capital and Deal Advisory firms across the UK and internationally.

Graphite was founded by Max Williamson, who has brought his own personal experiences and relationships from working within the M&A industry to create an executive search firm dedicated to supporting the businesses and individuals that drive the sector.

We partner with boutique Private Equity firms, corporate investment banks, and high-growth businesses to connect professionals— from entry-level to C-suite— with roles that align with their ambitions. Our personalised approach allows us to focus on the ambition of each candidate to ensure long-term career growth.

As an owner-managed firm, we bring authenticity, strategic insight, and deep market knowledge to every relationship. We understand the importance of hiring the right talent—not just in skills, but in cultural fit—to ensure sustainable team growth and success in the corporate finance world.

With our passion and dedication to Corporate Finance and Private Equity, we remain focused on delivering unparalleled expertise. While others broaden their scope, we stay committed to matching exceptional talent in this sector and supporting your ambition.
