Juan Suarez

Juan Suarez has a diverse work experience that spans several years. Juan'smost recent role was as a CSR, Data Steward, and Tech Support at Graphite Systems (Graphite Connect) starting in March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Sitel Group, where they held various positions. Juan was a Learning Specialist TT - Fiserv from April 2022 to January 2023, providing training for different lines of business. From October 2020 to March 2022, they served as a Technical Support Agent - Fiserv, specializing in virtual terminal troubleshooting and assisting with API-HCO integration setup. Juan also worked as a Customer Service Agent from May 2018 to September 2020, demonstrating their strong interpersonal skills.

Juan Suarez obtained their Bachelor's degree in Applied Technology from Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2022 to 2026.
