Steven Lesser has extensive work experience in supply chain management and consultancy. Steven is the Founder & Managing Director of Lesser Supply Chain, where they provide advisory and project delivery services to startups and established businesses. Steven is also the Co-Founder of Compliance Pronto, a consultancy specializing in modern slavery legislation and other emerging topics.

Additionally, Steven has held various roles in different companies. Steven worked as the Business Development Manager for Tag-N-Trac and later as the Business Development Manager for Graphite Systems (Graphite Connect) in the Asia Pacific region. Steven also served as an Advisory Board Member for ShipEcharter Pty Ltd.

Prior to their consultancy roles, Steven gained significant experience at Orica, where they held several leadership positions including Head of Global Category Management, Head of Supply Chain - Australia Pacific and Asia, GM of Global Supply Chain, Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain, and Vice President of Supply Chain - North America.

Before joining Orica, Steven worked at Hexion Inc. as the Director of Global Logistics and Finance Director of Global Supply Chain. Steven also worked at Ryder in various management positions, including Director of Customer Logistics. Overall, Steven Lesser has a strong background in supply chain management and has contributed to various organizations throughout their career.

Steven Lesser's education history includes the following:

From 1985 to 1992, they attended Brigham Young University and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

From 1992 to 1994, they continued their education at Brigham Young University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

In 2008, Steven completed an executive program at INSEAD.

In 2014, they attended the London Business School for an executive program.

In addition to their formal education, Steven Lesser obtained certification as an EGN Singapore Member from EGN Singapore (Executives' Global Network) in October 2022.
