Vladimir Alexiev

Vladimir Alexiev is the Chief Data Architect at Graphwise, where they specialize in ontology engineering and data integration. With a PhD in Computing Science from the University of Alberta and an MS in Computer Science, they have over 30 years of IT experience, including 15 years in R&D leadership. Previously, they served as Chief Technology Officer at Sirma Group Holding, where they contributed to the growth of the largest private Bulgarian software group. Additionally, Vladimir has lectured in IT Project Management at New Bulgarian University and has been involved with Europeana's Data Quality Committee, emphasizing semantic technologies and cultural heritage initiatives.
