We are accounting, done differently.

We don’t adhere to the traditional public accounting norms, and we promote an honest, ethical, and collaborative culture throughout the Firm. We strive to provide exceptional client service with an entrepreneurial spirit and authenticity that knows no bounds. Together, we are building a new-age CPA firm focused on supporting and empowering our team and clients to be better every day.

Community, focused.

Community is at the forefront of everything we do. Our internal community of associates is the launching pad for involvement in resident communities and workplace communities. We embrace a downtown ideal; committed to revitalization and engagement. Our team supports and promotes the careers of women and professionals of diverse socioeconomic backgrounds and, while we don’t necessarily promote a prideful nature, we are especially proud of this. Our success is predicated on our people who provide a naturally diverse and unique perspective.

Creating a profound impact on people’s lives through delivering valued, professional solutions.

At Grapp Lerash, we hold ourselves to a higher standard governed by our core values.

We are:

Passionate – we have an intense and unwavering commitment to a relentless pursuit of excellence.

Unique, and authentic – we celebrate the genuine expression of individuality, cherishing the differences among our team, but staying true to ourselves.

Synergists – you can find us collaborating to harness the power of collective brilliance.

Fearless, yet confident – our team tackles challenges with boldness and assurance, comfortable with uncertainty and a risk-adjusted approach.

Curious – we Question, Investigate, and Discover. It’s an intrinsic call to continuously seek knowledge and growth with an open-minded approach.
