What if selling your business felt less like letting go, and more like passing the torch to exactly the right people?

Every great business started with a decision to begin. The decision to sell deserves the same courage, and you need the right buyer to make it worth while. So when the time comes to step back, the question isn't just "what is my business worth?", it's "who will understand what it took to build?" and "who deserves to own it next?".

Most business owners only sell once. It's one of the most significant decisions of your life. Financially, emotionally, and for the people who have worked alongside you from start to finish. We understand how that feels, because we've been in your shoes.

We're not a faceless institution or a distant fund manager. We're a family, born and raised in Perth Western Australia, sons of farming families who built something from nothing in WA's South West. We've founded companies, raised capital, navigated the hard conversations, and sat across the table from business owners who needed to know that what they've spent a lifetime creating would land in the right hands. That experience shapes everything about how we operate.

A clean exit. Fair terms. A buyer who shows up with integrity, communicates honestly, and follows through on their commitment. Someone who sees the value in what you've built not just by the numbers on a page, but the culture, the reputation and the people. Someone who will carry it forward with the same pride you put into building it.

That's the Grass Patch difference.

We structure our acquisitions as partnerships, to work for the seller and not just us. Through flexible involvement and the option to continue sharing in the upside, we give owners genuine choice in how they transition their lifes work. Our process is thorough, respectful, and designed to move at a pace that suits you. We build trust first, and the rest follows.
