Ed Kileen

Edward Kileen is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. As Co-CEO and CFO of Grassburger since November 2013, Kileen co-founded an award-winning concept focused on 100% USA grass-fed beef burgers. Previously, Kileen served as President at Peak Development Partners from June 2008 to July 2021, managing a $25 million real estate portfolio for a national home health care organization. Other notable roles include COO at Roberts Roofing and Siding, Inc., and President of Endeavour Development, Inc. Kileen also held positions at Ad America and CSM Corporation, focusing on development and real estate consulting. A former volunteer member of Corrymeela Community, Kileen began a career in commercial real estate as a broker at James T. Barry Company. Kileen holds a BA in Real Estate and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and has furthered education at UW-Madison.
