Jonathan Barnard

Jonathan Barnard is currently a Quant & ML Researcher at Grasshopper, where Jonathan designed a sophisticated order flow & iceberg anticipation model using a custom neural network architecture. Prior to their current role, Jonathan worked at Optiver Shanghai as a Quantitative Developer, creating differentiable versions of pricing models and trading strategies. Jonathan started their career as a Graduate Developer at Optiver Asia Pacific and also served as a Head Tutor and Session Tutor at The University of Melbourne. Jonathan graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Melbourne.
