We are a UK leader in suicide prevention. We empower people to help saves lives from suicide through connecting, educating, and campaigning nationally.
 
Connecting: We offer suicide prevention and bereavement resources such as our award-winning, pioneering Stay Alive app, Real Talk interactive film and First Hand website.

Educating: In the last 20 years, we have trained over 50,000 people around mental health and suicide prevention. All the income goes back into saving more lives.

Campaigning: We campaign to end the stigma around suicide and mental health and raise awareness that suicide can be prevented.
