Liane Longpré

Liane Longpré is a Senior Machine Learning NLP Engineer at Grata, a search engine for company discovery. Liane has over four years of experience in developing and deploying custom natural language processing and machine learning models. Prior to joining Grata, they were a R&D Engineer at Remesh where they implemented natural language processing techniques to discover insights into large groups of people. Liane also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant: Artificial Intelligence Practicum at Cornell University where they advised students about datasets, problem formulation, machine learning approaches, and analysis of results. In addition to their engineering experience, Liane has also served as the Vice President of Judicial Affairs and Standards for the Cornell Panhellenic Council.

Liane Longpré has a Master of Engineering from Cornell University in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University in Computer Science with a minor in Linguistics. Liane was involved in Women in Computing at Cornell, Order of Omega Greek Honor Society, Panhellenic Council, and Kappa Kappa Gamma while they were an undergraduate.
