Michael D'Amico

Michael D'Amico has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Michael'smost recent position is as a Customer Success Manager at Grata, a leading private company intelligence engine. In this role, they are responsible for providing unparalleled information and access to the private economy, assisting dealmakers in finding the best companies to target.

Prior to working at Grata, Michael was a Sales Operations Specialist and Account Manager at Better. Michael was promoted to a rotating flex team and assisted account managers with difficult accounts, resolving sales and operational issues, reducing client churn, and improving workflows. Michael successfully onboarded over 600 new accounts and promoted the adoption of the Fintech platform.

Before Better, Michael worked as a Senior Account Manager at Knotel, where they partnered with client experience and operations teams to onboard new customers, manage new build-outs, and oversee customer integrations for multiple commercial locations. Michael conducted monthly business reviews for enterprise accounts to address issues and identify growth opportunities.

Michael'sprevious experience includes a role as an Engagement and Operations Lead at Target, where they oversaw fulfillment of online orders and customer experience, and a role as a Digital Marketing Project Manager at Brandywine Counseling Center.

Michael also gained experience as a Marketing Intern at IMG and held multiple roles at the University of Delaware, including Blue Hen Ambassador, Campus Change Project Manager, and Programming Assistant.

Michael D'Amico attended Old Bridge High School from 2009 to 2013. Michael then went on to pursue higher education at the University of Delaware from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a major in Marketing and a minor in Organizational and Community Leadership.
