Graves Son & Pilcher are a full-service property firm.

Although specialists in residential long leasehold management, we have a strong commercial agency who deal with sales, lettings and acquisitions, and a team of Chartered Surveyors offering a range of professional services including RICS valuations and advice on all landlord and tenant matters.

Established 125 years ago, our knowledge and experience are unrivalled by any other local agency. Our strength is our staff: a team of dedicated professionals, each expert in their field who pride themselves on delivering an excellent service.

Whilst retaining our traditional values, we have moved with the times, energised by new talent and new properties, respectful of long-standing staff and loyal clients. From our prestigious offices in the centre of Brighton, we cover Sussex, Kent and Surrey.

Our firm is fully regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and we are an accredited member of the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA).

Services include: residential & commercial property management; commercial sales, lettings & acquisitions (retail & catering, offices, warehouse & industrial, freehold & investment, land & development); RICS Red Book compliant valuations, lease extensions & enfranchisement, business rate advice, expert witness & arbitration work, telecoms advice.
