Morag Law has a diverse work experience in the financial and investment management industry. Morag has held various roles in different companies, starting from 2002. Morag'smost recent position is as the Head of Legal and Operations at Gravis, where they manage legal matters and sustainability for new private markets funds. Prior to that, they worked as a Legal Counsel, Global Funds at LaSalle Investment Management, where they collaborated with fund managers and sales teams on the launch of global private markets funds. Morag also provided training on sustainability regulations. Morag Law has also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Velanne Asset Management Limited and as an Alternative Investment Funds Global Product Development Manager at HSBC. Additionally, they have experience as a Consultant COO, General Counsel, and Investment Counsel to Alternative Investment Managers at M LAW CONSULTING LTD. Morag started their career as the Head of Legal & Operations, Partner at Lincoln Vale, managing legal and fund operations functions. Morag Law also worked as the Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel & Company Secretary at TRAFALGAR ASSET MANAGERS LIMITED and as the General Counsel, Company Director & Company Secretary at Beach Capital Management Limited. Morag'sexpertise includes legal and compliance, operational management, fund development, and onboarding of order management systems.

Morag Law has a bachelor's degree in Laws with Honours, specializing in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Victoria University of Wellington. Morag also holds a bachelor's degree in Arts, with a focus on Political Science and Government, as well as Political Economy, from the same university. Morag Law has obtained additional certifications including the Investment Management Certificate from the CFA Institute in 2006 and the Series 3 National Commodities Futures Examination from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in 2003. Morag is also a Practising Solicitor, having been certified by the Solicitors Regulation Authority in May 2000.
