Gravitas Design Lab is an independent AI calibration company. We help mid-market founders, owners, executives, and boards answer one question: how good is my AI judgment — and is it improving?
AI gives every leader unlimited answers. What it can't give them is confidence in which ones to trust. We sell no AI models and no AI tools, so the read you get is honest — we measure your AI judgment, show you where it's sharp and where it isn't, and help you build the discernment to lead well in an AI world.
We were named in 2017, before ChatGPT made the idea marketable, on a simple conviction: as machines make intelligence abundant, judgment becomes the scarcest thing of all. The work is to keep you the sharpest human in the room — the decider of good judgment, not a passenger to a confident machine.
