Kara Johnson

Kara Johnson serves as the Director of Business Development at Gravity since October 2025, bringing extensive experience from Cityspan Technologies, Inc., where Johnson held the same title from March 2015 to September 2025, focusing on software solutions for social services. Prior to that, Johnson spent 16 years at THINK Together, initially as Director of Operations, where significant contributions were made in scaling operations from 24 to over 350 locations and implementing data systems to drive organizational efficiency. Johnson's responsibilities included budget management, vendor selection, and enhancing customer relationships through data support services. Johnson holds a Master’s degree in Business with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish from Vanguard University of Southern California, along with a semester of linguistic studies in Costa Rica.
