Jason Brumm

Jason Brumm is a high-level culinary professional specializing in multi-unit and multi-concept culinary operations. They served as Chief Culinary Officer at JRB Consulting from 2015 to 2022, working with various brands across several states. Previously, Jason held leadership roles at Craftworks Holdings, Strategic Hospitality, and A.Ray Hospitality, where they co-founded Von Elrod’s Beer Garden and Sausage House. Currently, they are involved in Culinary & Concept Development at Kerioth Corporation and Vice President of Culinary & Concept Development at Gravity Haus. Jason graduated with an Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America in 1997.
