Rijool Dhingra

Rijool Dhingra is a seasoned professional in business expansion and operational management with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as General Manager at GravityONE since October 2024, Rijool previously held the position of Director - Business Expansion & PnL at Spinny from December 2021 to October 2024. At Spinny, Rijool focused on revenue management and commercial planning while also contributing to the CEO's office with analytical and program management skills. Prior experience includes roles at BYJU'S Learning, where as Associate Director, Rijool led global supply strategy and operations, and at OYO, where innovative initiatives led to significant cost savings and operational improvements. Beginning a career in 2017 at Get It Rent, Rijool successfully launched a new IT equipment rental venture. Rijool holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
