Alana Burman

Alana Burman, MPOD, currently serves as a Senior People Operations Consultant at DevelopWell, focusing on inclusive and equitable people operations. Burman also works as a Facilitator and Coach at Gravity Learning, providing workshops in various skills and helping organizations build learning departments. Previous experience includes consulting for Amplēo and LifeLabs Learning, where responsibilities ranged from senior consulting to managing a podcast that achieved notable popularity.
