Jon Davis is a dynamic entrepreneur and facilitator with over 18 years of experience in leadership, business development, and multicultural learning design. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships at Gravity Research and the Founder and CEO of Circles, a consulting firm dedicated to strategic advisement and coaching. Previously, Jon held roles including Director at Commercial Defeasance and Senior Consultant at The Center for Intentional Leadership, where they developed impactful leadership programs. They are a passionate advocate for social mobility and have produced two social impact documentaries. Jon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish from Davidson College.
