Emily Wilhelm

Emily Wilhelm has over 15 years of professional experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. In 2020, they co-founded Gravity IT Resources, a talent-centric, referral-driven and culture-focused IT/digital recruiting firm that helps clients find highly skilled and highly engaged IT talent.

Prior to this, Emily worked at Aerotek from 2004 to 2009. Emily began as a Recruiter in 2004 and was promoted to Account Manager in 2005. In 2008, they were promoted again to Divisional Practice Leader, where they specialized in the placement of Skilled Trades, Technical and Manufacturing skill sets. From 2005 to 2009, Emily also served as an Account Executive, managing a team of recruiters, maintaining a portfolio of diversified accounts, and developing new business.

Emily Wilhelm obtained their Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Miami University between 1999 and 2003.
