Joe Tibolla

Joe Tibolla has a long history of working in the IT and communications industries. Joe began their career in 1996 as a Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems, where they were responsible for full life cycle recruiting of technical professionals. Joe then moved on to become an Account Manager at TEKsystems, where they provided IT staffing and recruiting services across the Utah market. Joe then became the Director of Business Operations at TEKsystems, where they were responsible for hiring, developing, and training a staff of Technical Recruiters and Account Managers. After that, Joe moved to CompHealth, where they were the Director of Sales and Operations, responsible for revenue targets, growth, and new client acquisition. Joe then became a Business, Sales Strategy, and Marketing Consultant at T20 Professional Services, helping customers and individuals achieve better results. Most recently, Joe is the Managing Partner & Co-Founder at Gravity IT Resources, a talent centric, referral driven and culture focused IT/digital staffing firm.

Joe Tibolla holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Utah.
