Ryan Gilley

Ryan Gilley is an equity partner and leader with extensive experience in sales and operations. They are currently a founding member of the Hoody Memorial Fund and serve as Head of Strategic Partnerships at Gravity IT Resources. Previously, Ryan held roles as Vice President at Vernovis and Account Executive at Aerotek, where they managed business development and client relations. Additionally, they contributed to academic programs as a guest lecturer and corporate mentor at Miami University's Farmer School of Business. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Decision Sciences from Miami University.
