John Silvani

John Silvani has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. John began their career in 1995 as the President of First Edge Sorenson - FES. In 2001, John became the President & CEO of First Tech Direct LLC, a Microsoft Dynamics managed partner. During their eight year tenure, the company was named one of the Top Three Finalists for Microsoft Dynamics Partner of the Year in the United States Region in 2008. In 2006, John was awarded into the Microsoft Inner Circle Program as one of the Top 1% of Microsoft Business Solutions Partners worldwide. In 2006, they became the Vice President of Resort Advantage, LLC. In 2014, they became the President & CEO of Alta Vista Technology, a recognized business consulting firm specializing in providing ERP, CRM, Business Intelligence, and Collaboration solutions. Also in 2014, they became the President & CEO of Gravity Software, the first online business management application exclusively written for smart businesses.

John Silvani holds an MBA from Michigan State University, with an emphasis in Accounting and Marketing. John also holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management and Biology from Albion College. John also attended Central Michigan University.
