Why did we start Gravity Talent Solutions?

Decades and decades of habits, process and groupthink in the staffing/recruiting industry are long overdue for a reset.

We founded Gravity Talent Solutions to put pressure on the status quo in the staffing/recruiting industry for the benefit of talent, clients, and our employees.

For TALENT, this means we are actively looking for and testing ways to empower you in your career journey through the Gravity Talent Network.

For CLIENTS, this means we are actively working on ways to be more aligned with your hiring and retention goals for higher level project/interim and full time needs at scale (Ask about our Congruent Search℠ model).

For OUR EMPLOYEES, this means giving you the time and space to explore your interests in evolving the industry while being compensated for the value you create in the short, medium and long term.

Gravity Talent Solutions is uniquely positioned to deliver significant improvement to the way talent is connected in the marketplace.

We would love the opportunity to work with and/or advise you on your next career move or future hiring needs.
