Patrick Gillette

Patrick Gillette is an experienced Animation Director and Consultant currently building an animation team at Gravity Well. They previously held the role of Animation Director at 343 Industries, overseeing animation teams for notable titles including Halo Infinite and Halo 5: Guardians. With a background in animation, leadership, and player experience, Patrick prioritizes team culture and professional growth. They have also contributed to various projects as a consultant and animator, including Batman: Arkham Shadow and the MySims series. Patrick holds a B.A. in Animation from the University of Silicon Valley.
