Keith Smiley

Keith Smiley is a Customer Solutions Architect at Gravwell, where they implement effective data-driven threat prevention, detection, and response methodologies to reduce organizational risk. Previously, they worked as a Threat Detection and Response Engineer at Farm Bureau Insurance of Michigan from 2019 to 2024, after holding roles as a Security Engineer and Security Administrator there. Before that, they gained experience as an Associate System Administrator and Information Security Management Intern at Delta Dental of Michigan between 2012 and 2015. Keith earned a BA in English/Creative Writing from Western Michigan University and holds professional certificates in Computer Networking and Computer Security from Washtenaw Community College.
