Charlie Gray

Charlie Gray is the Director of Strategic Planning and Business Development at Gray Analytics. Prior to joining Gray Analytics, Charlie was a consultant at Semler Brossy Consulting Group where they excelled as a project manager, mentor, and trusted advisor. Charlie has also worked as an independent consultant and as a lead property manager.

Charlie has a proven track record of success in enhancing clarity of mission through direct engagement with boards of directors and top of house executive leadership of Dow 30, S&P 500, pre-IPO, and privately-held companies across a broad range of industries. Charlie is also experienced in executive compensation and other corporate governance-related topics. Charlie has led the development and completion of client deliverables and presented findings and recommendations to clients’ boards of directors and executive leadership teams.

During their tenure at Semler Brossy Consulting Group, Charlie was promoted twice; both promotions were awarded at the front-end of promotion windows. Charlie also received internal award for Exceptional Client Service and Talent for Fostering / Developing Client Relationships.

Charlie Gray has a Master of Science from Northwestern University in Predictive Analytics and a Bachelor of Science from The University of Alabama in Commerce and Business Administration / International Management.
