As a board engagement advisor and facilitator, Carrie Gray, and the Gray Breakthoughs team, partners with CEOs, Executive Directors, and leadership teams to deepen board effectiveness, improve governance, and build the conditions for high-performance leadership.

At the center of this work is the Board Engagement Accelerator, a flagship program designed to help executives transform how they communicate with, lead, and activate their boards. Through practical frameworks, actionable tools, and expert coaching, the Accelerator equips leaders to build stronger partnerships, foster healthier board cultures, and drive board engagement that truly moves the mission forward.

We believe stronger boards create stronger organizations — and when leaders gain clarity, everything becomes possible. Through a collaborative and supportive approach, we translate bold ideas into strategic, achievable, mission-aligned action.

Our work centers on providing the structure, insight, and accountability leaders need to break through what’s holding them back and move decisively toward what’s next.
