Ioanna Antonopoulos

Ioanna Antonopoulos, CPA, CA, is the Vice President of Employee & Guest Experience at Gray Collection, where they focus on creating memorable experiences and fostering community connections within the hospitality industry. Previously, they served as Director of Culture & Guest Experience at Gray Collection, as well as holding various roles at KPMG Canada, including Senior Auditor and Talent Attraction Manager. Ioanna began their career in the family business, Groupe Antonopoulos, and holds multiple degrees in commerce and accounting from McGill University, supplemented by a certificate from Cornell University in service excellence.
