Jon Gray

Jon Gray is the President & Chief Operating Officer at Blackstone, where Jon oversees the firm's operations globally across various investment businesses. Jon is also a Board Member and the Global Head of Real Estate at Blackstone, leading the group to become the largest commercial real estate platform in the world. Prior to their current roles, Jon worked as a Private Equity and M&A Analyst at Gray Foundation and co-founded the company. Additionally, Jon serves as the Chairman of the Board at Hilton. Jon Gray holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
