Bryan Pearce

Bryan Pearce is an experienced strategic advisor and leader with a focus on helping businesses grow sustainably through various board roles. They currently serve as an Advisory Board Member for LDI Solutions, The Nexxus Group, and Nested Bean Inc., and hold the position of Director of Strategic Business Planning at Gray, Gray & Gray. With a career spanning thirty-eight years at EY, they have leveraged their extensive knowledge in advising innovation-driven entrepreneurs both domestically and internationally. Additionally, Bryan co-authored the book “Daring to Compete,” which outlines key traits of successful entrepreneurs and emphasizes the importance of intuition in business decision-making. They hold an HBA in Business Administration from Ivey Business School at Western University.
