Allain Thibodeau has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Allain began their career at MEI in 2009 as an Industrial Electrical Foreman, where they implemented safety policies and optimized employee performance. Allain then worked at 3 Phase Line Construction Inc. as an Industrial Journeyman Electrician, where they successfully completed a wind tower project. Allain continued their career at ES Boulos as an Industrial Electrical Foreman, overseeing the installation of sub-systems in Maine.
Allain then joined Delta Constructors as a Quality Control Supervisor, where they supervised inspectors and monitored operations at the Hawkeye Compressor Station. After that, they worked at Burkes Mechanical and Electrical Inc. as an Electrical Superintendent, delivering leadership and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Allain joined Wood as a Senior Electrical Loto/PTW Coordinator, partnering with clients to provide secure loto execution and improving policies and procedures. Allain then worked at Wanzek Construction, Inc. as a Commissioning/Loto Manager, and at MYR Group as a Commissioning and Testing Superintendent.
Most recently, Allain worked at MYR Energy Services, Inc. as a Construction Manager, overseeing construction projects. Allain is currently employed at Gray as a Site Manager MEP, responsible for managing the site and MEP operations.
Allain Thibodeau began their education in the field of electrical work, completing an apprenticeship program at Ibew lcl 1253 from 2000 to 2004, earning the title of Journeyman Wireman. Allain then went on to obtain a High School Diploma in Building Trades from Stearns High School.
In addition to their formal education, Allain Thibodeau has obtained several certifications in various areas related to project management and safety. In November 2020, they became Procore Certified in Project Manager (Core Tools) and Project Manager (Quality & Safety), as well as Procore Certified as a Superintendent. Allain also completed a Procore safety qualification in Lockout Tagout. Furthermore, in March 2019, they acquired a Maine State Electrical License and a North Dakota State Electrical License.
