Alyssa Bal has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2017, they interned as a Human Resources Intern at GUESS?, Inc. Following this, they joined GUESS?, Inc. again as an E-Commerce Merchandise Product Coordinator. In 2019, they joined a Stealth Startup as a Learning and Development Coordinator, and later transitioned to the role of an Executive Assistant. In 2022, they became a Design Ops Manager at Ver Designs, where they worked until 2023. Currently, they are employed at Gray, where they hold a position in Marketing.

Alyssa Bal earned a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication, General from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona in 2017. In 2021, they obtained a Certificate in Interior Design from Interior Designers Institute.
