Brad Asbury has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Brad started their career as an apprentice carpenter at Blaine Construction in 1994, where they were trained as a field engineer and primarily worked on construction layout for large projects. Brad also took on roles as a carpenter, foreman, and general foreman.

In 2001, Brad joined CMC Construction as a Field Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for primary layout and coordination of subsequent layout on large projects. Brad also played a significant role in addressing design issues and discrepancies with drawings, leading a crew of over 100 carpenters.

After working at CMC Construction, Brad joined Rentenbach Constructors Inc. in 2005 as an Assistant Superintendent. Initially hired as a carpenter, they quickly advanced and took on the responsibility of layout, location, and placement of large construction projects. Brad held this position until 2008.

In 2021, Brad joined JA Fielden as the Lead Site/Civil Superintendent. This role involved overseeing site and civil-related activities on projects.

Brad Asbury has a diverse education history. Brad started their educational journey in 1978 at Campbell County High School, where they obtained their HS Diploma with a field of study in Biological Science in 1981. Brad then attended the University of Tennessee, Knoxville from 1981 to 1982, focusing on Secondary PE/Coaching. Moving forward, Brad enrolled at Lee University from 1984 to 1987, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in PE and Health.

In 1994, Brad pursued further education by attending the UBC Carpenters' Apprenticeship, where they obtained a certification in Carpentry, which they completed in 1996. Continuing their educational pursuits, Brad then pursued a Certification of Completion in Construction Management from the Associated General Contractors of America in 2007-2008.

Additionally, Brad has obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2013, they received certifications in Adult First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross and OSHA 30 from OSHA. Most recently, in 2023, Brad obtained a Procore Certification as a Procore Administrator from Procore Technologies.
